goal one - down.

i just checked the scale for probably the twentieth time today. i cannot believe it. this weekend, i went to the party and ate- not as much as i was afraid i would, but i definitely ate. sunday and monday i was fine at first, but ended up stuffing myself later in the day. today i ate an egg on toast with a cup of juice for breakfast. i snacked on gluten free cookies in the afternoon. i skipped dinner, but bought a bag of pretzels before youth group. 140 cals in 3 huge pretzels. i had 4 and gave the rest away. i thought i was gonna totally fail when they brought out the ice cream at youth group, but even that wasn't so bad. i had one scoop of vanilla with chocolate syrup drizzled on it. i don't even wanna know how many cals that was. but i'm not going to freak out! i met my first goal yesterday. i'm 120. the scale said the same thing tonight so i'm proud of myself at least for not bouncing right back up. my new goal is 115. that sounds soooo low! :)
